Group Delta, an NV5 company, supported the development of a coastal resort located just east of Pacific Coast Highway and 500 feet from the bluffs of Carlsbad State Beach. The project included the construction of a three-story wood-framed hotel and a separate three-story parking garage, both featuring basement levels. Our team conducted geotechnical investigations to guide site development and provided grading oversight and testing during construction.
