Group Delta, an NV5 company, provided on-call environmental services for a variety of City of Anaheim projects, including City Parks, the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC), and roadway improvement initiatives. As part of this contract, our team conducted a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the ARTIC site to evaluate the potential for contaminated soil and groundwater and to identify appropriate management and remediation requirements. Additionally, the team performed hazardous materials surveys on 30 structures located within City Parks and along Brookhurst Street, supporting safe redevelopment and compliance with environmental regulations.
