This $250M Design-Build housing project will consist of the demolition of the existing two-story residential buildings, parking lots, and associated improvements throughout the site and construction of low, mid and high-rise residential and administrative structures totaling more than 1,300 beds in one to four-bedroom configurations, fitness and wellness spaces, multi-purpose rooms, a public plaza and community garden spaces.

Group Delta provided a design geotechnical investigation report, as- needed design phase consulting to the Design-Build team, environmental contaminant testing of soil samples, and construction observation and testing services.
