Group Delta, an NV5 Company, performed a feasibility-level geotechnical assessment and a Phase 1 environmental site assessment for this mixed-use redevelopment project located at the corner of Lincoln Boulevard and Broadway in Downtown Santa Monica. The project features an eight story, 280 residential unit and 90,000 square feet of commercial space including a new Vons grocery store, and parking for 427 vehicles and 522 bicycles. Our team also conducted a soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigation for proposed future development with sub-terranean parking structure. The data collected was reviewed and summarized in an investigation report, which included an indoor air evaluation.
