This $180M design-build expansion project added 200,000-square-feet of space to host concurrent events, capture new business, and retain current clients. The project included additional parking and a connecting bridge between existing convention center and expansion. There are now two levels of highly flexible, multi-use space in the new center.
Group Delta, an NV5 Company, managed and was responsible for all inspection and materials testing including coordination of shop welding/non-destructive testing (NDT) in several states outside California. Our team also conducted observation of hundreds of auger cast piles, as well as provided noise and vibration monitoring during the construction phase.
