Caltrans and OCTA propose provide congestion relief and improve traffic flow on SR-55 from south of I-5 to I-405 by increasing capacity and implementing operational movements.

Group Delta’s scope included preparation of a work plans for Caltrans approval; a statistical analysis of existing aerially deposited lead (ADL) data; soil and groundwater Site Investigations for multiple acquisition properties associated with historical uses of environmental concern; Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead-based Paint (LBP) surveys for 4 bridges and one Santa Ana public works facility; and a paint and thermoplastic striping (PTS) investigation for lead and chromium content.
