This project included the renovation of the 1957 vintage structures into modern classrooms, academic and research laboratory spaces and faculty offices in approximately 137,700-square-feet, and the addition of two new buildings. The sustainable upgrades will save the university millions of dollars in deferred and ongoing maintenance costs.
