This $90M, 90,000-square foot Progressive Design-Build project has one subterranean level and four levels above ground. The building provides the instructional and research space needed for current programs and anticipated growth in the engineering department.

Group Delta provided a design geotechnical investigation report, site specific seismic design parameters, as-needed design phase consulting to the Design- Build Team, plan specification and review, and construction testing and observation.
