Group Delta’s role in the Concrete Tank Replacement project at the Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant (GHETP) in Santa Cruz involves the additional evaluation required during design of the tank replacement project, which overall includes the construction of a stable building pad on the sloping ground west of the existing tanks to support the new WWRT as part of Phase 1 construction and evaluation of the stability of the slopes below the existing tanks to be replaced. The geotechnical investigation and exploration provided by Group Delta included multiple test and downslope borings.
