The SR-91 Corridor improvement Project focused on improving the 6-mile boundary that runs from SR-241 toll road to the SR-91, and included major improvements to the I-15 Freeway Corridor. This project was aimed towards relieving the major daily congestion.

Group Delta provided quality assurance materials testing and special inspection for multiple parcels within expanding Caltrans right of way, as well as daily review of design-build contractors submittals.
