Caltrans and SBCTA propose to improve I-10 by relieving traffic congestion and implementing operational movements on I-10 from City of Pomona to City of Redlands.

Group Delta’s scope included preparation of a work plans for Caltrans approval; an aerially deposited lead (ADL) Site Investigation for 33 miles of highway; Site Investigations for multiple acquisition properties associated with historical railroad or agriculture land use with arsenic, lead, and pesticides as chemicals of concern; Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead-based Paint (LBP) surveys for 44 bridges; and extensive due diligence research of the aboveground storage tank and underground storage tank cases managed by the San Bernardino County Fire Department along the 33 miles of highway.
