The new $130M, 171,000-square-foot Progressive Design-Build student residence hall project includes three new five-story residence halls connected at the second level above ground, a separate coffee shop and dining hall, and interior courtyard area. The North side of the project has a 35-foot tall king-post retaining wall. The site is underlain with undocumented fill, which required large diameter piles to support the structures.

Group Delta provided a design geotechnical investigation report, as-needed design phase consulting to the Design-Build Team, plan and specification review, and geotechnical observation and testing services during construction.
