Grossmont Cuyamaca Community College Teaching & Performance Theater is a two-story, 34,870-square-foot building complete with a basement orchestra pit and 350-seat performance theater. The first floor functions include large lobby, art gallery, box office, control room and back of house functions including a laundry area.  The second floor functions include an upper lobby, offices and meeting rooms, make up and classrooms, upper theater balcony and back of house functions.  The exterior improvements include hardscape and paving to accommodate pedestrians and light vehicles, and a fire lane to support an 85,000 ton fire truck.

Group Delta provided the subsurface geotechnical investigation as well as geotechnical observation and testing during construction.
