Mr. Turner is Group Delta’s Inspection and Testing Regional Director, and has more than 15 years of construction management industry experience. He has developed a strong background managing and inspecting multiple types of projects including, airport runway/taxiway construction, Caltrans highway interchanges, bridge, box culverts, trunk sewers, sewer arteries, roadway construction, chemical containment pipeline, pump stations, reclaimed water pipelines, framing and scaffolding. His responsibilities include all facets of construction management, contract administration, and oversight of the quality assurance inspection, including all coordination with the client’s personnel, subconsultants, the Contractor, government maintenance forces, local utilities, and other stakeholders.
